Summer vacation throwback
Here's a blast from the past to help improve your relationship with your phone
Hello and happy summer!
As I’ve eluded to recently, I’m a big fan of taking the first week of July to rest, reset, and plan for the second half of the year.
And with that, I’m spending less time writing this week and more time relaxing with family. So instead of a brand new hot topic of discussion, I thought it would be fun to share an old but good post that will very likely be new to you!
This comes from my old Medium archives. Before I had this space for my writing, I was pretty prolific on Medium. And below you’ll find one of my most popular pieces about finding some tranquility when setting up your Android phone.
Sure, some of the specific screenshots may be outdated, but the thought process behind how to set up your phone for mindful productivity hasn’t changed at all. As we head into the back half of the year and many folks have some summer downtime, I can’t think of a better time to take a look at how your digital devices are set up. Are there things you can improve?
Enjoy this tidbit from the archives and I’ll see you again next week.

Android Phone Setup for Better Productivity and Focus
Thanks for reading, I’ll see you next week!
Hey! Could you use some help establishing healthy habits? Do you have a big project or new business that you want to get off the ground but could use some advice? Maybe you could benefit from hiring me as your coach. If you’re interested, read more about my coaching services here, or go ahead and book some time on my calendar to discuss further.
Iterate is free today. But if you enjoyed this post, you should let me know that this writing is valuable by pledging a future subscription. You won't be charged unless I enable payments at some point in the future. Think of it like an IOU in a tip jar.
